Mission:
To lead the Navajo Nation into a new era of economic sovereignty, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined governance — rooted in service, strengthened by strategy, and accountable to every family across our land.
With over 23 years of military leadership, two graduate degrees in Business Administration and Business Analytics, and my current role as Vice Chair of A NAVAJO NATION ENTITY, I understand how to build sustainable systems, create job opportunities, and deliver real-world results that go beyond rhetoric.
Vision
A sovereign, self-sustaining Navajo Nation that builds its future on facts, performance, and unity — not political slogans.
I envision a Nation where:
Accountability is non-negotiable. We will audit every failed promise and misstep — including the Nygren administration’s recent debacles — and implement internal checks that prevent future collapse.
Data replaces guesswork. From infrastructure planning to healthcare delivery, we will leverage MSBA-level analytics to turn qualitative stories into quantitative performance indicators — giving our people hard evidence of progress.
Strategy becomes culture. With leadership formed in the U.S. Army and sharpened by my MBA, I will apply battlefield-level focus to our Nation’s toughest policy decisions — setting strategic priorities, staging resources, and executing measurable plans.
Local economics are rebuilt. We will track and reduce the millions flowing out of Navajo communities into border towns, while building systems that recirculate wealth inside our Nation.
Our people trust again. Because they see metrics — not spin — and know their leaders are accountable to them, not political machines or special interests.
VALUES
These are not theoretical values — they are my lived reality.
Service — After 23 years in the U.S. Army, I understand what it means to serve something greater than self.
Resiliency — I’ve led through deployments, pressure, and uncertainty. That same mental toughness is needed in government — especially when others fold.
Discipline — Military decisions often come with life-and-death consequences. That seriousness guides how I lead — with precision, not procrastination.
Strategy — My Master of Business (MBA) education, combined with military mission planning, gives me a blueprint for solving our Nation’s toughest long-term problems — step by step, goal by goal.
Analytics — With my Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA), I don’t just ask “What’s the issue?” — I ask “What’s the data?” I turn town hall meetings, Facebook debates, and qualitative concerns into dashboards, KPIs, and funding proposals backed by facts.
Stewardship — I serve in a leadership role within a Navajo Nation entity, where I help manage and protect community resources with integrity and long-term vision.
Justice — The people deserve transparency. I will call out failures, fix broken systems, and restore public faith in a government that works for them.
